Warranty Policy

Our batteries come with a 72-month and 120-month warranty, depending on the product model. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal usage conditions. However, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Intentional damage to the battery.
If the battery has been opened or tampered with in any way.
Misuse of the battery, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures or mechanical damage.

If you experience any issues with the battery, please contact our office immediately. Our engineer will visit the site within 48 working hours to assess and resolve the problem.

Shipping Policy

We provide shipping services within Gorakhpur and its vicinity. Shipping charges are applied based on the delivery location. If you require shipping outside this area, please contact our office for more details.

Battery Scrap Value Policy

The scrap value of a lithium battery is ₹5000.
If you wish to exchange a lead-acid battery, the scrap value is ₹4000.

Safety Policy

To ensure the safe and efficient use of our batteries, please follow these guidelines:

Do not apply excessive pressure on the battery.
Avoid exposing the battery to high heat or placing it in direct sunlight.
Do not allow the battery to fall from a height.
We have provided a MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) on the battery, which can be used to cut off the battery in case of any emergency.

Please ensure that you handle the battery with care to avoid any damage or safety risks.
